Thanks to decades of experience, including as installers, we have been able to design and and then manufacture our EUROCASSONETTO counterframes with technical and functional accommodations designed for both the distribution and the end user.

Innovation and Ruggedness in Every Detail

EUROCASSONETTO counterframes are distinguished by their exceptional strength and ruggedness, in spite of their lightweight design. 

A key element of this strength is the use of horizontal instead of vertical folds in the panels, a design that makes the entire structure more rigid and sturdy, avoiding annoying bulges inside the counterframe and creating a "boxed" effect. In addition, our electrowelded mesh is neither welded neither standing seam to the panel, but tapped with a small tolerance of movement. 

This tolerance allows the core structure to remain undamaged in the event of natural settling of the masonry wall. In fact, the only element in direct contact with the cement mortar is the electrowelded mesh, which consists of longitudinal and transverse wires with a diameter of 2mm without perimeter closing wires.

The ends with "free spikes" allow the mesh to move and fit better at the points of contact with the wall, providing greater uniformity and strength at the neuralgic points. These characteristics make sure that our counterframes are not only strong and durable, but also long-lasting as well.

Easy Sliding and Maintenance

EUROCASSONETTO counterframes have a completely removable aluminium extruded aluminium rail, which can be removed completely removed from the counterframe. This unique design makes it possible to carry out post-wall installation maintenance and repairs from the inside, without the need to break or damage walls, ensuring easier and faster operations.

The carriage, which is equipped with four roller bearings (one inside each wheel), a stainless steel axle and a nylon wheel, ensures extremely silent and friction-free movement. 

The use of balls in the bearings, instead of needles, and the quality of the materials used, contribute to the sliding of the door's fluid and durable movement. This sliding system is designed to support a weight load of up to 120 kg, making it suitable for the vast majority of doors and offering remarkable reliability.

The advantage of choosing EUROCASSONETTO counterframes is that they are very easy to maintain with no damage to masonry structures, the silent and smooth movement of the doors thanks to high quality materials and advanced ball bearing technologies, and the capacity to support heavier door systems without compromising their functionality.

Our consolidated and punctual logistics system guarantees fast and accurate delivery. Due to our international extension strategy, we have attended some prestigious trade fairs including the Index Exhibition in Dubai and THE BIG 5, part of the Italian Home Interior & Infrastructure - MEP in the Gulf Countries project, promoted by the UAE Chamber of Commerce.

The various steps from the planning to the end output

PLANNING AND REALIZATION

EUROCASSONETTO takes care of all processing steps, from conception to manufacture of counterframes, using certified Italian or European raw materials. Thanks to our operative and highly experienced technical staff, the counterframes are assembled in our facilities, which include a 2000 square metre building equipped with the most innovative technologies, supported by the recent implementation of Industry 4.0, and a 10000 square metre warehouse for logistical operations.
